Creator Program Terms
Effective date: 2026-10-23 · Applies to the Metric Aero Core™ Creator Program.
1. Who can join
You must be 18 or older and able to receive payment in your own name. Applications are reviewed manually. We may decline or close an account that does not fit the destinations we sell or that misrepresents its audience.
Joining is free. There is no joining fee, no minimum purchase, no inventory to buy and no sales target to stay in the program.
2. How commission is calculated
Commission is calculated on the order value after discounts, shipping and taxes, and after any refund.

Minimum commission on small orders. Short-trip plans are inexpensive, so some orders carry a minimum Level 1 commission instead of the percentage:
- Orders up to $5: minimum $0.35
- Orders from $5 to $15: minimum $0.70
- Orders over $15: minimum $1.20
Total commission on any single order is capped at 20% of the order value. Where the Level 1 minimum would exceed that cap, the commission for Levels 2 to 4 is reduced first and the Level 1 amount last. When several orders are placed by the same customer on the same day, they are treated as one order for the purpose of this minimum.
3. How orders are attributed to you
There is no promo code for the customer to enter. Commission is matched on the email address of the customer's account.
- Register the customer once. A new customer signs up through your invitation link. That registers their email in the program and places it under you.
- Every order after that is yours. Each order placed with that same email is matched back to you automatically.
An order cannot be matched when: the customer used a different email from the one registered; the address is a private relay or disposable inbox; or the order was placed before the customer registered.
One email address can be registered under one referring creator only. If a customer registers under a second creator, the first registration stands. If you believe an order was missed, send us the order number and the email used and we will check the match manually.
4. Payment
Commission is confirmed 14 days after the order is paid, once the refund window has passed.
- Minimum payout: $20. If your confirmed balance is below $20, it rolls over to the next month and is not lost.
- Paid by PayPal as the default method. If you cannot receive PayPal, we arrange a bank transfer and cover the transfer fee.
- Paid on the 15th of the following month. Creators who have referred $2,000 or more of order value in each of the two previous months are paid on the 5th instead.
You are responsible for any tax, social contribution or reporting obligation on amounts you receive. We may ask for the information we need to make a compliant payment.
5. Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks
Commission on a refunded, cancelled or charged-back order is reversed, including the amounts attributed to the levels above you or below you in a referral chain. If the commission was already paid, the amount is deducted from your next payout. A customer who orders again after a refund creates a new order and a new commission calculation.
6. What is not commissionable
- Orders placed by you, or by an account you control or operate on someone's behalf.
- Orders placed by a customer registered under a different creator before you.
- Orders paid with a payment method or delivered to an address that we determine belongs to the creator account.
- Orders that are refunded, cancelled or charged back.
- Level 2 to 4 commission from a creator who joined more than 30 days ago and has not completed a single order.
- Orders obtained through the conduct described in section 7.
7. Prohibited conduct
The following will result in withheld commission, suspension or closure of the account:
- Placing orders yourself, or arranging orders, to generate commission.
- Creating multiple accounts, or multiple customer accounts, to obtain commission or to build a referral chain artificially.
- Splitting a single purchase into several orders to obtain the minimum commission more than once.
- Claiming to be Metric Aero Core, our staff, or an official representative.
- Promising unlimited data, guaranteed speeds, or any result our product pages do not state.
- Advertising on searches for our brand name, or bidding on our trademark, without written approval.
- Using unsolicited bulk messages, purchased contact lists or automated direct messaging.
- Registering a customer's email without their knowledge, or registering an email on their behalf.
8. Disclosure
You must disclose that you earn commission when you recommend us. Advertising rules in most countries require it, and platform rules require it. A clear line such as “#ad” or “affiliate link — I earn a commission if you buy” is enough.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change rates, thresholds or rules. Changes apply only to orders placed after the change takes effect, and we will notify you by email before a reduction in rates takes effect. We will not recalculate commission already confirmed.
10. Ending participation
You may leave the program at any time. We may close an account for a breach of these terms. Commission confirmed before the closing date is paid; commission that results from prohibited conduct is not.
