  2. Delivery time: You will receive your eSIM QR code and activation instructions at the email address used at checkout, typically within 5–10 minutes.
  3. No shipping fees: As a digital delivery product, no shipping costs apply to eSIM orders.
  4. Not received? If you have not received your eSIM email within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at marketing@musmoon.com for immediate re-sending.
  5. International orders: eSIMs are available for travelers in 190+ countries and regions; activation works locally at your destination.
